Dianne has 5 years of formal art training at the prestigious Adelaide Central School of Art.
Dianne Malycha-Brandt was born in Adelaide, South Australia to an artistic family, she was encouraged to develop as an artist by her sister who recognised her talent. Dianne feels compelled to paint her unique perspective on the world, and once had a car accident while pondering the uniqueness of nature, and how to capture it.
While Dianne does not want to be categorised she is free to explore a variety of styles including expressionism, formalism, abstract, impressionism, minimalism and tonal realism. She enjoys post modern art, and loves painting with oils and pastels. Dianne produces commission work including portraits and animals/pets.
