Petals and Blooms guarantee to use only fresh, quality flowers. By following our Flower Care instructions, we hope that you will gain extra life and pleasure from your flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, contact us within 24hours and we will replace them for you. Please note, that our care instructions must be followed in order for the guarantee to be valid. If the originally delivered flowers have been disposed of we can not arrange a replacement, as Petals and Blooms will not be able to assess the cause of the problem.
