The Dutch Poffertjes Company is a family owned and operated Australian Company that specialises in mini pancakes and mini Dutch pancakes, commonly called Poffertjes.We are the largest manufacturer and supplier of Retail Products for home use; Poffertjes Mixture and Commercial Cooking Equipment in the Southern Hemisphere.We also assist schools and charities in fund raising events, as well as attend fairs and events for a variety of organisations in various communities.In our Commercial Division, we offer training on equipment, teaching clients how to make the perfect poffertjes. We also offer full machine maintenance including 6 monthly electrical testing in addition to providing commercial quantities of our high quality poffertjes mixture.
