The Bentleigh Early Child Education Co-Operative was established in 1979 to provide affordable, quality childcare. The centre offers a developmental environment that is safe and stimulating, so each child can achieve their full potential. The centre caters for 37 children between 3 months and 5 years on a full or part-time basis.The groups are small to help promote children{s self-esteem and to best cater for individual needs.Experienced and professional childcare workers in an intimate, home-like environment provide care of the children.Positive learning and teaching methods are used to encourage appropriate behaviour.A full-time coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre.
