Gabrielle is available on weekends and public holidays where required to ensure that our clients can have the most positive conveyancing experience possible.Our fixed price fee includes dealing with your bank in relation to either your new mortgage or for the discharge of your mortgage and also to help you sign mortgages if required. It includes any contract negotiations and amendments, so there are no surprises at the end of your matter.We are available in the office from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday and as mentioned above for appointments or phone contact outside business hours.
