An Eyetest is recommended at least every 2 years so your vision and the health of your eyes can be checked, helping you protect your sight throughout your life.
Children shouldn{tﾃつ be forgotten - routine eyetests for children should start when they are approximately 3.5 years old.

These days contact lenses are made of a soft disposable silicon material whichﾃつ are easy to insert and remove.
There are contact lenses to suit mostly anyone hose with an astigamatic correction or those who normally wear progressive or multifocal lenses and there are no age limits !
