Research showed most tailors were inconveniently located, quality & service were extremely varied with customers waiting up to 2wks for simple pant hems. By filling these gaps; delivering over & beyond what the customer wanted, it wasn{t long before CityWide outgrew the city & spread nationwide re-branding to LookSmart Alter
