Dr Jonathan King has been accredited to work as an injury management consultant by Workcover NSW.Dr King has been working in the field of sports medicine since 1994 and currently is in private practice in East Gosford, NSW. He has associations with a number of businesses in the area, and cares for injured workers. Since specialising in sports medicine Dr King has been providing care for people who have been injured in various settings, whether on the sporting field, at work, or at home.Dr King has expertise in managing sporting injuries (acute and overuse), and injuries that occur at home or at the workplace. Dr King also has an interest in medical problems associated with exercise.New treatment techniques include injection of platelet rich plasma and glucose in the management of tendon injuries.
