Shellharbour / Kiama Family Day Care Welcome to Family Day Care Family Day Care offers childcare in a home like environment. Children are cared for in a small groups of varying ages from 0 to 5 years, with some Educators offering outside school hours for children from 5 to 12 years.
Family Day Care is government regulated, and Child Care Benefit
Family Day Care Schemes participate in Quality Assurance. Shellharbour / Kiama is a community based organisation run by a Management Committe.
Our Educators
Each educator must undergo training from the Coordination Unit before they can become a Registered Educators with the scheme. Educators must abide by the Children{s Services Regulation 2004, and all the scheme{s policies. Educators are visited regularly by professional staff at the Coordination Unit
