I have delayed sending you an e-mail on the expected improvement to our TV reception as a result of the higher antenna tower erected by Sam and Brenden on 6th February 08. I wanted to make sure that the new tower was effective in receiving the TV transmissions from all channels. I am delighted to report that over the past four weeks, the channel transmissions have been excellent and without any interruption. I must say I was quite perplexed when Sam came up with the explanation that the Pennant Hills Road traffic was interfering with the transmissions. He must have certainly known what he was talking about as a true professional in his job because he seems to have got the diagnosis exactly right. I would like to offer my full praise to both Sam and Brenden for the excellence of their work in erecting the higher antenna and then checking the reception to ensure that the transmission problem had been corrected. You should be very proud of the outstanding professionalism shown by both Sam and Brenden in communicating with their client and their careful and thorough attention to detail,especially in the installation safety required for the very much higher antenna. Once again, thank you David for your quick response in sending Sam and Brenden to help us out. Both Deanna and I can now watch the TV both during and after dinner of an evening and enjoy it!
