Our centres in Joondalup and Mt Lawley are proud to cater to people of all fitness and ability levels. Our trainers develop specialised programs that will help you reach your goal and, with two gyms, boot camp courses and numerous group fitness classes to choose from, we have a fitness option to suit everyone.
Ladies, our highly successful ShapeHer gym and weight loss programs create a comfortable and supportive space for you to train away from prying eyes, so you can feel good about yourself and work out with confidence.
All of our facilities and programs are open to the public, as well as to ECU staff and students.
If sport is your scene, but you don{t want the commitment of joining a club, then try our social team sports competitions. Don’t have a team to enter? We’ll find one for you!
Free for students, we have exciting opportunities for you to represent ECU through the Intervarsity Sports competition and on campus sports. As a student, you can have the best experience of your life by attending the Australian University Games – the biggest sporting and social event in the southern hemisphere!
