Programming And Staffing
The basis of our programming system incorporates staff interacting with individual & small groups of children. Parental input is encouraged. We believe that children learn best when their physical needs are met & they feel physiologically safe and secure. Indoor & outdoor activities are offered daily to enhance gross & fine motor skills. All staff undertake various training programs often.
