Describing his cooking as "modern & eclectic", Martin skilfully combines his classical training with more contemporary methods & places an emphasis to create memorable dishes. Martin career started at Scotland{s prestigious Gleneagles Hotel. He also worked along Raymond Capaldi & Gary Mehigan at Melbourne.Private dining: Within No35, we can offer you exclusive venue use of the restaurant for up to 130 seated guests or up to 250 guests for a standing cocktail. For smaller events, our private dining room caters for up to 50 guests or semi-private dining groups for up to 30 guests for lunch or dinner.Our KitchenAt No35, we daily source the finest foods available using a wide array of regional food purveyors providing us ingredients which highlight our seasonality. We have a strong belief in purity and simplicity resulting in honest, clean identifiable flavours. Our constant focus on organic produce and respect for natures elements are fundamental principles which we put to practice on an every day basis in our kitchen.
