We begin with the belief that each child has potentials and characteristics that make them a unique individual.Children share a similar path of development, but each child will develop in their own way and their own time, therefore we see the importance of offering an individual based program which is delivered in a stimulating, happy & fun environment. This is done by enhancing each child{s unique skills such as social, emotional, physical & cognitive through observing, planning & evaluating.Parenting is a role that is complex and often undervalued and under resourced. Our service respects the many forms in which families manifests themselves. We believe that a good working relationship between parent/guardian and staff members is essential to create smooth, link between home and care. This will be achieved by using respect, kindness, trust and honesty as well as providing a personal, happy and family orientated atmosphere.
