Brian O{Donnell (Left)Brian has established a strong reputation as a leader in the catering industry. Brian has over twenty five years of experience in hospitality and looks after the organisation and planning of every event and function catered by The Gourmet Chef. Brian comes from a restaurant and hospitality management background. His passion for food was responsible for the commencement of outside catering and has innovatively developed the technology to enable fine dining in any remote location.David Lamprell (Right)David joined the company in March 2004 as Head Chef and subsequently purchased a share in the business in 2008. He was born in the United Kingdom where he trained and worked for 17 years in fine dining establishments, before emigrating to Australia in 2000. David uses his knowledge of European cuisine to enhance The Gourmet Chef{s unique dining experience in any location.Steven BachelorSteven joined the team in January 2010 as a full time chef. He has worked in 5 Star establishments in England and Germany over a 26 year period. Steve has also been awarded Two Rosettes in English Restaurants.
