Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS)

ECMS is governed by a voluntary board of management comprised of member representatives and appointed members.ECMS is a not-for-profit community enterprise providing quality early childhood education and care for children, parents, families and communities across Melbourne. Our services touch the lives of approximately 5000 children, their parents and families in many varied and diverse communities across Melbourne each week.At ECMS we strive to:Support families and communities through strong partnerships,Provide play oriented adult supported programs that meet the needs of the individual children their families and community,Nurture each child{s unique qualities and potential,Respect parents as their child{s primary model and teacher.Family day care:The ECMS family day care scheme is a unique home-based childcare service providing quality childcare in the homes of our caring and professional educators. With its warm home-like environments, our family day care provides flexible childcare and caters to the individual needs of children and their families.Kindergarten - building foundations for the future: ECMS provides approved 3 and 4 year old kindergarten programs at our stand alone kindergartens or within our early learning centres. At ECMS our aim is to ensure that children participate in a kindergarten program that provides a happy and safe learning environment and parents feel supported in sharing the joy of their child{s early years.
