To deliver our goals, Joblink Plus employs in excess of 250 people and has offices and sites.Joblink Plus was established 32 years ago to offer assistance to the long term unemployed and to help people in need within the various communities that we serve. Joblink Plus is a community based, not for profit, registered charity organisation that provides employment and welfare services, support and training to the community with a particular focus on anyone who is disadvantaged in any way.Youth ConnectionsYouth Connections is a program that is available to young people between the ages of 11-19 years of age who need extra support in education to successfully transition through to Year 12, then on to further education or training. By working with schools and other community organisations such as Career’s Network, we are able to organise programs that keep students engaged and actively participating in education so they get the best outcomes.Youth Connections can help you to Re engage with education or training Develop resilience and social skills Develop strategies to overcome barriers that may be limiting you Make positive life choices Engage or re-engage with family and community Improve your health, wellbeing and career developmentOften young people need extra guidance, support, and life experiences for them to realise their potential.Work ExperienceOur Work Experience programs provide fantastic opportunities for jobseekers to gain a working knowledge of various industries, arming them with the ability to focus their efforts in their chosen career. Rehabilitation programs like Work for the Dole help build strong communities and can assist in relieving jobseekers of personal hardships that may impacting upon their ability to gain employment. Our programs promote a sound work ethic, boost participant{s morale.
