Millennium Health Club offers a wide range of group fitness classes that caters for all levels of fitness.Millennium Health Club is committed to your fitness by providing you with professional guidance, exceptional facilities and first class service.All our programs are results based and do not require you to sign any long term contracts. All you need to commit to is your results.Group fitness: Millennium offers a wide range of group fitness classes with over 60 classes per week. We predominately run the world renowned les mills classes which include R.P.M (indoor cycling), body balance, body pump, body attack and body step. We run Pilates and yoga classes. The classes are spread throughout the day to suit any busy lifestyle.Self-managed program: The self-managed program includes unlimited use of Millennium Health Club plus your full health evaluation to get you started. Based on the results of your health evaluation and with your goals in mind, one of our qualified fitness instructors will write you a tailored program for you to follow to help you achieve your goals.
