Travelscene on Crown was established in 2004, after the Manager of American Express Travel of 10 years, Jonathan Hickman, was able to purchase the business from American Express Travel.
We are proud members of Cruiseco, which is a consortium of leading Cruise Specialist agencies in Australia, offering fantastic deals on all cruises worldwide. Our office is also a fully financial member of the TCF (Travel Compensation Fund), which will guarantee you peace of mind when dealing with our office.
The membership to Travelscene / American Express allows us to captilise on the strength of the American Express brand and as long standing previous employees of American Express, we are privy to what "worldwide customer care" means on a local basis.
