Even through those years, it seemed my camera and I were partners. People would say, “Oh here is Davina and her camera”. Later they would ask for copies from my large photo supply. I have also heard many times, “We should have known you’d get more involved with photography when you got out from behind your desk". Well, they were right, I love photography and am passionate about quite a variety of areas.I took a couple photography courses at the local college. My instructor, Ken Pugh, noticed a talent and asked if I’d be interested in apprenticing with him doing wedding photography. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to be trained by a great teacher and very experienced wedding photographer. After 2 or 3 weddings, we were being asked how many years we have worked together. It seemed very natural for me and an area I could excel in.
