RooFix was established in 2000 to answer a perceived need in the roofing industry. Traditionally roofing contractors have been just that - contractors, primarily concerned with the installation of new roofs or the complete replacement of old ones, be they commercial or residential. Requests for small repairs, leak investigations, maintenance and roof assessments were refused or given low priority and considered a sideline.The level of service needed for repair and maintenance work is simply too time consuming and detail intensive for traditional roofing contractors to look after such requests.
