I can honestly say that in the time since I started this company with my friend and business partner Lino Di Cecca, we have done nothing but laugh. There are after all, worse ways to make a living. Each day we have the pleasure of meeting new people, going to new places, and serving our Clients and Friends some of the finest culinary delights this city has to offer. We choose this line because; it seems,thankfully, that life is full of celebration. From corporate receptions and product launches, to private residential affairs and outdoor events, the human spirit is alive and well.
