The firm was founded by René Gantzert, an experienced trial lawyer who is called to the Bar in British Columbia and Manitoba. Mr. Gantzert is a former ICBC defence lawyer who now acts only for people hurt in motor vehicle accidents, never for ICBC or other insurance companies. He has been lead counsel in both superior and appellate courts. He formerly acted as litigation counsel for leading financial institutions, the federal government and numerous individuals and business owners. Mr. Gantzert now devotes himself exclusively to ICBC claims, including pedestrian and motorcycle accidents.
