I am using this from past 10 years and first time had very bad experience with sigma service. They said one and created another problem after changing filters, now they change the words simply.. money is different but value for word and worth for service is very bad. I would like to complain the right team and I possible would like to talk. They did 100s of calls and finally created problems for me, he said he will call me back till now not received any call. The same person called many times for service after spoiling my filter he changed words, is this right way to handle service? Person who fixed filters taken out and left by creating another problems
