This enables Flame Tree to showcase the very best of what the  region has to offer whilst at the same time, increasing awareness,  appreciation and knowledge of good food amongst their customers.  With  an emphasis on the use of fresh local produce, meats and seafood,  selected and prepared to retain their nutritional qualities and unique  flavours, Flame Tree are able to deliver catering which both surprises  and delights those who sample it.Flame Tree is led by the very  experienced Troy Reid who comes from 12 years working alongside Michelin  Star Chefs in some of London’s finest restaurants.
