We  also specialise in mixing technology for all industry groups.  Food and Beverage - Food and beverage industries are varied and  complex, with many differing requirements. Western Engineering has been  working within this industry sector for a number of years designing,  building and supplying purpose built equipment to cater for our clients  needs.  Our products range from custom built material handling solutions,  augers, ribbon blenders, platforms, weigh feeding equipment, pumping and  piping through to our comprehensive range of mixing equipment.Our  clients are tasked with ensuring their products are manufactured in a  hygienic environment and therefore require components such as CIP  cleaning, mechanical sealing and surface finish of equipment to comply  with industry standards. Dairy - Western Engineering has vast experience in the design and  manufacture of fluid mixing equipment for many different applications  within the dairy industry.  We understand the complexity of the products being processed and the  nature of these in terms of shear sensitivity, hygiene and shelf life  and storage applications.
