Totally Gluten Free Bakery was established in October of 2006. While baking in several different bakeries, Wendy established there was a growing need for an exclusive gluten free bakery. It has kept growing and expanding ever since.We are an interesting crew of talented bakers and sales staff. No one in this fine group is gluten free, which attributes to our product tasting. Very high standards creating great tasting gluten free goodies.
