Initially a franchised business, the move to  being totally independent has allowed Nidd Realty to further grow and  flourish while doing business traditionally, the way people in the South  like to do it. Having now been in the industry for over 24  years Liz is very proud of her team and their huge wealth of experience,  with several agents who each have more than a decade of experience in  the industry. Working alongside her as General Manager is Joe Nidd who  is in his 9th year in the industry. This strong management focus means  that the team is supported by the company and given continued education  in all facets of their work with ethics and integrity held as top  priority in every aspect of the job. Nidd Realty has a strong  sense of corporate responsibility and is involved in sponsorship of the  arts, local sports and charity, alongside raising in excess of $100,000  over the last 3 years for Cure Kids through their annual charity  auction. The convenient, central office at 211 High Street  specialises in Residential, Lifestyle, Commercial and Investment  Property Sales throughout Otago and also offers a dedicated auction  facility, while our specialist Property Management team is based in  Great King Street in the hub of the Campus. With the addition of a  Mosgiel office, it is easier than ever for the Nidd Realty Team to  service Mosgiel and surrounding areas.
