Welcome to Massey University{s Sport and Rugby Institute{s sport and fitness complex. The complex is equipped with the facilities and expertise to support all sporting codes and skill levels. Central to the complex is the 33 x 16 metre indoor training area, with a 12 metre high ceiling and specifically constructed synthetic turf surface. The indoor training room can be hired on an hourly basis. Our Pump Start Gym is furnished with the latest in exercise equipment and overseen by qualified personal trainers. The fitness centre has a weights and cardio training room, fitness programmes and testing, cross training classes and nutrition/dietary analysis. Teams and individuals can use the Pump Start Gym on a casual basis while in town for training and workout purposes.
