Victoria worked at Replete before completing formal hospitality training in Wellington. She then moved overseas and further developed her skills working in such places as Sydney{s acclaimed Bayswater Brasserie and Ski Cuisine Limited in the French Alps. Victoria and Chris have combined their local and international experiences to create the "Eat Approach" - tasty modern food accompanied by friendly and professional service.
