The first time I tried to buy insurance the website froze at the payment screen. I emailed them to ask if the payment had gone through - I didn{t want to buy twice by mistake. I got an automatic acknowledgement but no reply from customer services. Eventually, when I was sure the payment hadn{t gone through I decided to try again, despite the lack of response. The cover was what I wanted at a reasonable price and it had been recommended by Which? This time there were no problems. I just hope if I need to claim, the customer service is better!
