By making more than all of those items available for re-use, we have given new life to items that would otherwise have been part of the waste stream, and ended up as landfill.Individuals and families with low disposable income have been able to enjoy a more comfortable life, at nominal cost, by giving new homes to the goods we have collected. As in the previous year, over 3,000 people benefitted from our operation.
