Our docks overlook Spa Creek with fantastic views of the Naval Academy and the evening sunsets over St. Mary’s Cove. The award winning restaurant, Carroll’s Creek is located on site. You will be a short walk from many other restaurants including Ruth Chris, O’learys, The Rockfish, The Boatyard, and Lewnes’ Steakhouse (a locally, family owned business).Our wonderful location provides you with the liveliness of downtown Annapolis and the quiet tranquility of Eastport. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be glad to assist you wherever you may need a hand. Our easily accessible slips each contain finger piers, water and electrical hook-ups, and free wireless internet for your convenience. Our newly rebuilt marina offers a variety of services to set you sailing quickly including a full service fuel dock and a fully stocked store that includes beer, wine, Starbucks coffee, snacks, ice cream, and boat supplies. As an added convenience we offer clean bathhouses, laundry facilities, a grill and picnic area, and covered, gated parking.
