Back in the 1920s, a humble family-run jewelry store in Seattle, Washington opened. The store was known for their fine quality jewelry and honest, friendly service provided to every customer.In the 1950s, the family{s next generation moved to Southern California and purchased a store in Pasadena from a gentleman named William Pitt. The Robbins Brothers helped their father in the store with chores, all the while receiving a unique education on diamonds and metals and the importance of quality craftsmanship. But the most important thing they learned was the true meaning of customer service.Today, over 80 years later, the core value of Robbins Brothers is to "love the customer." The only thing that{s changed is that instead of carrying jewelry for the masses, we now focus on helping customers in love find the symbol that represents their one perfect love.
