Iverson Institute was incorporated as a proprietary school in July 1986. The school held its first class on September 2, 1986 and has grown from approximately 4,000 square feet in 1986 to over 16,000 square feet today. The school originally located in Arlington, Texas, and established a branch campus in the Atlanta area of Georgia. Since 2003 the branch campus has grown steadily over the years overtaking the original Texas campus in population. In 2012 the Atlanta area campus was designated as the school’s main campus, changed its name back to the original name of Iverson Institute and relocated to 5522 new Peachtree Road, Suite 114, Chamblee, GA 30341. With this new location Iverson has more space for future growth and access to public transportation. The school is located in close proximity to Interstate 85 and 285 along Atlanta’s growing north east perimeter.
