Alexandra Rose founded Spiritual Alchemy in February 2004 as a means to assist others to empower themselves. Alexandra believes that empowerment is a state of being, which is entered into when events from the past no longer generate a strong emotional pull on you. You are able to know the events took place, see them objectively, and no longer dwell on what didn{t happen, what you wished happened, or what you needed/wanted to happen.It is simply an event, one of many in your past, and for the most part you are living in the present. You will know that you are living an empowered life, when you have developed trust in your own ability to make decisions and feel a strong sense of self. Empowerment is reflected in others when they experience you as confident and capable.
