Dr. Gianfranco (Johnny) Spellman obtained both his Bachelor of Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degrees from Texas A&M University.After graduating from veterinary school,Dr. Spellman served in the United States Army.Upon completion of his service in the Army,Dr. Spellman moved to Austin, and first opened the doors to the North Lamar Veterinary Clinic in 1971.Dr. Spellman is the father of three children, Mary Kay, Jennifer, and Jon Paul, and the grandfather of two.He is an avid antique collector, and a fan of car racing, and boxing.
