Hello, my name is Paul Cryan and these are some of the comments that my staff and I are constantly hearing from our customers. I have been in the photography business for 40 years. I am now photographing second and third generations of the same family. It is very rewarding to have such a loyal customer base and to hear such wonderful comments about my work.I have become very well known for the black and white photos of children that I take. Unlike many school photographers, my approach is to take the time to put the children at ease and to try to capture natural expressions and gestures using puppets and jokes.In my portrait studio, I offer quality color or black and white prints. I have even more time to spend getting a variety of poses and expressions as well as additional equipment to obtain different types of lighting. I use minimal muted backgrounds in order to emphasize the importance of the subject. I am also able to accommodate groups of children and families. I am adept at putting people at ease during their photo sessions with comedic banter and an occasional rubber chicken. I particularly enjoy working with children and have years of experience in getting even the most obstinate two year old to crack a smile.
