About Belgrade Public Library: Our mission is to provide access to general library collections and information to the local population. These resources, reflecting identified needs, shall be delivered in a spirit of community service.Belgrade Public Library ordinance was adopted by the votes in June 2000, to implement a goal identified in the Town{s l998 Comprehensive Plan. There is a seven member Board of Trustees, appointed by the Select Board, which oversees the operation of the Library. The Trustees meet the first Thursday of each month at 7 pm. The public is invited to attend these meetings.
