Our products are influenced by traditional Brazilianrecipes which have been perfected through the years to create foods that are full of goodness and flavor so they canbe enjoyed by everyone. We do not use added sugar, trans-fats or preservatives in any of our products.Our gluten & yeast free bread products include miniature cheese breads, which make the perfect appetizer or snack, sandwich rolls and pizza crusts. We offer freshly baked breads, breakfast sandwiches, lunch & dinner sandwiches and salads to go from our retail store in Brookfield, Connecticut. All of our bread products are also available frozen so that you may enjoy them freshly baked at home. As a part of our take out menu wealso offer our famous whole stuffed chicken and pork loin dishes prepared with traditional Brazilian ingredients, as well as flan.In addition to our cheese breads and meals, Mama{s Cheese Bread offers homemade "Dulce de Leche", Guava orPassion Fruit spread to complement our breads.
