St. John’s Lutheran Church began as a little country church right here in Buffalo in 1887, back when people came to church by horse and buggy. A lot has changed over the years as St. John’s has grown into it’s third facility while continuing to worship at nearly the same spot it did almost 120 years ago. Today, as the community of Buffalo changes, St. John’s Lutheran Church wants to continue to serve the needs of today’s family. From the oldest to the youngest, our church is committed to enriching the life of every member of God’s family. The addition of our Family Life Center in 2008 demonstrated our commitment to both our members and our community. As St. John’s continues to change and grow, we will continue to hold dear to the great things God has given us through His Son Jesus Christ.
