Dinh Nguy began baking and delivering his fabulous breadsticks to markets, restaurants and delis in the Sacramento area. By word of mouth, their business quickly grew. With just one delivery truck, he promptly found the demand for their delicious grissini was outgrowing his delivery area. Expansion became a top priority. Now, with his 10, 000 sq. ft. production facility, United Bakery has the capability to handle the largest corporate order. United Bakery breadsticks are gracing the tables of some of the most prestigious restaurants, hotels and wineries as well as the shelves of the finest markets throughout the US with the help of local and national distributors.
