Established in 1996, Sara J. Pastries has been providing the hospitality, gourmet restaurant and catering industries with fine quality gourmet cakes and pastries for a decade. Specializing in fine European and continental pastries, Sara J. Pastries emphasizes the use of only the freshest and finest ingredients to create the highest quality and state-of-the-art products. The diversity of our products include cakes, tarts, tortes, fancy cookies, danishes, brownies and pies. We also specialize in celebrity, informal, and creative wedding cakes, birthday cakes, specialty and custom cakes, and cakes for all occasions. Soon our product line will expand to include quiches, low-gluten and sugar-free pastries.Headquartered in Canoga Park, California, Sara J. Pastries operates 5,000 square foot facility where high quality pastries and confectionaries are crated by our two European pastry chefs and baked onsite by 30 employees. Our delivery locations include numerous clients reaching as far north as San Francisco, as east as Las Vegas and south to San Diego.
