A member in good standing of Florida Bar since 1987, Mark Smith served as its Past President, Personal Injury Association (1993).He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin in 1984 and a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 1980. In 1984 Mark Smith was admitted to the Wisconsin Bar. He received Board Certification in the area of Civil Trial by the Florida Bar in 1996.Mark Smith has called Southwest Florida home for more than 20 years.
