Dr. Jonathan J. Rhoades received his dental degree from Southern Illinois University-School of Dental medicine. After practicing all aspects of general dentistry in Lewiston/Auburn, Maine for nearly 20 years, he realized he was continually challenged by patients in emergency pain requiring root canal therapy. He attended Saint Louis University from 2006-2008 completing his endodontic specialty training and received a Masters of Science degree in Dentistry and Research.It is while attending Saint Louis University that he realized that the Southeast Missouri area did not have an endodontist for an 85 mile radius. Therefore the future decision became clear... to move 1400 miles across the country and relocate to the Southeast Missouri area to become the area{s first endodontist in an attempt to help the dental community with their root canal therapy needs.
