Jon aka Johnny is our main "cook in the kitchen". He absolutely loves pastries and baking them. living life as a long line fisherman in Alaska for over 15 years and owning a construction remodel business, he was passionate about finding a new purpose that served the greater good. Through an interesting turn of events, he began creating a 20 year old dream of making bagels. Jon and his daughter Luna are "sweet tooths" and are the inspiration behind the vegan line of baked goods in the cafe. Born in New York and raised in Taos, NM, Johnny was one of those lucky kids who got to visit Hawaii every year with his parents. He loved Hawaii then and dreamed that one day he{d make it his permanent home. He always says: "This is the best place on the entire planet".
