Whispers first opened its doors in 1979 on the ground floor of a historic building in the quiet little City of Charleston. Built in 1871 by the Masons, the building’s upper floor entranceway majestically bears the Masonic Symbol to this day.Over the years Charleston has seen many dramatic changes. The result: A thriving business district loaded with sights to see, shopping and fine dining.As the City of Charleston has emerged, so has Whispers. Blending the historic ambiance of our historic Charleston building with an upscale salon and spa atmosphere has proven to be a success.Today, we have dedicated ourselves to exceeding our client’s expectations.
