Brian and Carmen Wieher met during their freshman year at Southwest Missouri State University (or now it{s known as Missouri State).Brian graduated with a B.S. in Hospitality Management and Carmen graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.After college, they married and moved to Florida so Carmen could attend graduate school at Florida Institute for Technology. It was there that she received a Masters Degree (M.S.) in Marine Biology and worked for the State of Florida studying manatees and fish populations of the Indian River Lagoon. This is why there are many fish and manatee posters in the restaurant but we are getting ahead of ourselves.During this time, Brian gained valuable experience working for several hotels in food and beverage management. As time passed, Carmen branched into environmental education and Brian ventured into the world of sales and marketing.
