Chicagoland Construction and Property Services Inc. (CCPS) is a family owned business who has its roots in historical property preservation. Incoporated in 2009...but it was started over 25 years ago. In 1985, Samuel Arteaga Sr. purchased a 3 flat in Pilsen...which was to be the training ground for Martin and Samuel Arteaga Jr. Since the age of about 8 years old..they were apprentices to their father."Sam and I were one year apart...so when Sam and I used to fight as kids...our punishment was for dad to take us to work..."
