After Benjamin passed away in 1974 his eldest son Alfred took the reigns of the bakery to carry on his fathers legacy. After 45 years in business Benjamin{s sons Alfred and Michael continue to run the family bakery on day to day operations. The DiBartolo family tradition carries on as Al{s two sons are picking up the family torch. Still known for their modern cake creations, Al’s eldest son, Al DiBartolo Jr. has become an award winning cake decorator featured on television for his amazing artistic talents.
